Augusta Auctions presents Dust & Glitter: Ladies & Gents! An eclectic and delightful array of mens’ and ladies’ garb, spanning the late 18th to the late 20th century.
For this edition of Dust & Glitter, we’re celebrating the spirit of summer in New England, channeling boardwalk afternoons, sporty weekend rambles, and Victorian gems rummaged from the attic. With a special emphasis on classic menswear, we offer a particularly fine selection of sharply tailored antique & vintage suits, sturdy separates and hard-to-find early accessories. For the ladies, we offer romantic Victorian garments for display and inspiration, as well as a cheerful collection of Edwardian through 1960s summer day dresses & lingerie.

About Dust & Glitter: Named after Karen Augusta’s first vintage fashion & textile shop, which she opened in 1978, Dust & Glitter sales present a fun and interesting mix of lots in a timed auction format, with lower opening bids than our catalog sale.
