The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center (BMAC) was founded in 1972 by two groups of Brattleboro citizens committed to saving their town’s historic train station from the wrecking ball. Today, BMAC is today a non-collecting contemporary art museum focused on the work of living artists. Located in the heart of beautiful down town Brattleboro, BMAC offers a gorgeous, historic venue within a few blocks of the areas finest dining and accomodations. 

For those attending the auction from out of the area, all roads appear to lead to Brattleboro, which is the first exit on route 91 in Vermont. For those who prefer public transportation, the Museum itself is located just above the Amtrak station with a stop on the line from Washington, DC to New York to and on then to Montreal. The nearest airports are about 90 minutes away in Hartford, Connecticut (BDL) and Manchester, New Hampshire (MHT), both an easy drive to our studio. You may find better connections by flying into Boston (BOS) and then driving 2 1/4 hours to get here
