Our Vermont auctions are held under the tent in the field opposite our studio - about 1 1/2 miles outside of the historic village of Bellows Falls. We are in a rural location at 33 Gage Street, off Route 121 (Saxton's River Road). A GPS set to 33 Gage Street, Bellows Falls, Vermont, 05101 will get you to the field and to our parking area. There will be auction signs leading from downtown Bellows Falls, from Interstate I-91 (at exits 5 & 6), or from Route 123, if coming from New Hampshire. 

For those attending the auction from out of the area, all roads appear to lead to Bellows Falls. Bellows Falls. (BLF) is an Amtrak stop on the line from Washington, DC to New York to Bellows Falls and on then to Montreal. The nearest airports are about 90 minutes away in Hartford, Connecticut (BDL) and Manchester, New Hampshire (MHT), both an easy drive to our studio. You may find better connections by flying into Boston (BOS) and then driving 2 1/4 hours to get here

Mid-Summer is a wonderful time to be in southern Vermont and there are many great places to stay and explore when you visit. A few of the  nearby B&Bs are listed and linked below.

If you prefer a conventional hotel or want to be in a larger New England town, the small cities of Brattleboro, VT, Springfield, VT & Keene, NH are all within 25 minutes of our studio. They offer some good options for housing and dining and are an easy ride to our location for auction days.
