Cream silk twill w/ shirt collar, CF ball button closures encrusted w/ domed moroccan silk thread miniature buttons,glove length slvs, lined w/ silk, label “Balenciaga, 10 Avenue George V, Paris” couture # “103865”, SH-SH 20”, B 42”, L 39”, (2 very light 4” tidemarks CF, light 1” mark below 2nd button, tiny spot stains/foxing esp. lower front, few very light stains up to 2” near hem, 0.5” wear spot back right SH, few sm wear spots esp. along edge of hem, very minor seam strain at underarms, light wear/discoloration to buttons) good.
