Navy blue broadcloth double breasted cutaway frock coat, high collar w/ pad stitching, notched lapels, back pocket flaps, brass buttons, c. 1820, SH-SH 20”, CH 40”, L 19”-34”, (two 2” holes CB tails, many tiny-0.75” holes & snacks up to 2” throughout, minor wear around collar, light tarnish to buttons) fair-good.
