Jaeckel & Sons, Fifth Avenue, New York”, SH-SH 22”, L 48”, (light wear to collar, few tiny stains & sm crush spots, minordiscoloration CF hem, hem lining fallen) excellent; 1 red silk velvet evening cape w/ convertible chinchilla collar over ruched SH, vermicelli smocked self-applique to hem in floral motif, lined in crimson silk crepe, 1930s, SH-SH 21", L 50", (moderate wear & many splits in fur collar, few areas of minor crushing to velvet, discoloration at hem, few tiny stains & wear spots, loose stitching at interior pocket) good, fur fair, (both w/ slips N/I) Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.
