Both w/ V-necklines, turn down collars, long sleeves, drop Ws & knee length: 1 navy georgette w/ ruching at SHs, pink satin backed collar & cuffs, rows of tucks at cuffs & W, fitted cuff w/ wing detail, CF decorative self-bow, 3 rows of pleated ruffles to skirt, B 41", H 39", L 40", (light stain at right clavicle & above right knee); 1 baby blue cotton lawn w/ rows of fine tucks to CF, SHs & cuffs, open & drawnwork w/ contrasting white embroidery to CF, collar & cuffs, B 44", H 42.5", L 39", (tiny hole W 3 tiny spot stains at back of SH, light stains front hem) both very good. Provenance: Mary "Mimi" Sherwood Hedrick (1878-1960) wife of Redfield Proctor, Jr., (1879-1957), 59th Governor of Vermont (1923-1925).
