2-pc cream silk wedding dress w/ embroidered tiered cap sleeves, extended H peplum & front of full pleated skirt, boned back lacing bodice w/ scoop neckline, c. 1850, B 30", W 21", L 20", skirt W 22", L 43", (minor discoloration, light lining stains, stains up to 16" to skirt, 5" tear front left hem fold, few pulls/pinholes); 2-pc Indian cotton mull wedding dress w/ wide bateau neckline, short tucked sleeves & full skirt w/ lace edging & insertion, c. 1848, B 31", L 14", skirt W 24", L 45", (discoloration, 2.5" stain front left SH, 2" tear left slv, few sm tears in slvs, spot stains up to 1.25", holes up to 0.5", broken brides/pulls) both good. Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.
