2-pc purple ribbed silk w/ jet & faceted metallic beaded passementerie to standing collar, B & cuff, CF carved & beaded MOP buttons, trained bustle skirt, 1880s, w/ “petersham label “...Partridge, 149 Tremont St. Boston, MASS”, B 32", L 18", skirt W 24", L 42", (minor fabric pulls/seam strain, few missing/cloudy beads, wear/repairs to skirt W band, few openings up to 6” CB gathers) excellent; 2-pc bone silk ottoman c/o extended bodice w/ knife pleated collar over faux vest front, tambour embroidered lace to cuff & hem, trained skirt w/ cartridge & knife pleated W, B 34”, L 38”-54”, skirt W 23”, L 42”, (light staining up to 8”, few areas of minor shattering) good, (both w/ sm light stains/holes & light wear/discoloration) From the Estate of Lydia Gordon.
