1 scarlet silk crepe w/ draped bateau neckline into plunging V back, open short dolman sleeve clasped w/ paste buckles at top of SH, self-Wband w/ paste buckle, full length skirt w/ self-ruffles, 1938, B 36”, W 30”, L 62”, (discoloration, few pinholes CB, light wear underarms, W buckle w/ missing link, few missing stones & minor tarnish) good; 1 black & white printed organdy trimmed w/ broad SH straps, large cascading corsage at left front SH, deep black lace hem flounce, 1938, B 34”, W 28”, L 62”, (slip N/I, tiny-2” stains, tiny-8” thread pulls, SS stressing, few tiny-0.5” holes, broad light wear & discoloration, few tears up to 1” hem) good. Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.
