Both label "Clare McCardell for Townley": 1 khaki trench coat in cotton sateen w/ wide collar & pearl buttons closure CF, 2 SS slit pockets, lined in red & white gingham, B 36", L 41" (some pulls at CF right hem) excellent; 1 plaid shirt dress w/ mens wear inspired collar & 4 large patch pockets, 3/4 length sleeve, B 34", W 28", H 38", L 46", (2 buttons replaced, pulls at SH seams, damage at back left ss, missing belt) good.
