1 black silk satin frock coat w/ tambour embroidered net cuffs & metallic bobbin lace trim & buttons at CB, label “Fred Pille, Cincinnati”; 1 blue & ivory Colonial Revival patterned silk waistcoat c. 1860, buckle stamped "Patent 1855", CH 38", SH-SH 1 L 39"; 1 pair black silk satin drop front breeches, W 30", L 28.5", inseam 17"; 1 pair black patent leather dress shoes w/ marcasite buckles & flat bows to vamps, L 10", Wd 3.5", size 7, (trim worn/tarnish, shattering throughout, buckle added 1 pant cuff, seat shattering partially stabilized, sm stains, shoes very worn w/ 1 buckle broken, waistcoat stained) all poor- good. Provenance: Worn by Mr. Tone to Continental Ball. The Costume Collection of the National Society for the Colonial Dames of America.
