1 red & black changeante silk cape hand embroidered scrolling floral motif, narrow draped collar into CF V trimmed w/ passementerie & looped knotted fringe, SH cape & W panel from SSs, detached matching embroidered sleeve gauntlet, hand quilted chestnut silk lining, American, 1850s, SH-SH 38", L 40.5"-43", (fringe messy, shattering/ worn spots, embroidery pulls, 2 closures removed, 5.5" repair front right panel, underarms repaired) good; 1 cream barege cape w/ single hook & eye closures at CF, neckline w/ double row of pleated cream & brown mm lace, CF & hem w/ single band, 2 horizontal & vertical pleats at CB w/ 3 tassels, English c. 1850, SH-SH 41", L 45"-53", (discoloration/light stains, 1.5" stain right hem, tiny-0.5" holes, pulls to lace) good.
